Ingredient

Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Sugar, Garlic, Turmeric, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Galangal, Tamarind, Lime Leaves, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt, Water, Yeast Extract

Cooking Direction

1. Take 200g WAY Sambal Sauce, mix with 400g prawns or fish or squid.
2. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes until prawns/fish/squid cooked. Squeeze in 1/2 lime. Ready to serve.
Optional: Add shredded ginger flower to enhance the taste.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
