- WAY Sambal Sauce 200g
- Clams (Lala) 1kg
- Garlic (5 cloves)
- Sliced Yellow Onion x1
- Ginger 60g
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions:
- Soak the clams in salt water for 30 mins and scrub the dirt off them using a stiff brush.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add yellow onion, garlic, ginger and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add Lala & WAY Sambal Sauce along with some sugar to neutralize the spiciness (personal preference).
- Mix well & cook for 2 - 3 minutes until lala open.
- Serve and enjoy Sambal Lala ~!
