Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Water, Red Chilli, Dried Chilli Powder, Soybean Paste (Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt), Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Yeast Extract, Ginger, Glutinous Rice Flour, Dried Shrimp

Cooking Direction

100g WAY Kimchi Sauce, 400g water, 100g Chinese cabbage - cut into thick slices, 100g leek - cut into 2cm length, 1 to 2 tomatoes - cut to 6 each, 2 eggs (beat till fluffy, panfry for later use), one small soft tofu - cut into 6, 200g sliced beef / chicken meat or 200g mixed seafood.
1. Cook all ingredients at medium heat till vegetable and meat or seafood is well cooked. Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
