Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Garlic, Sugar, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt, Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Yeast Extract.

Cooking Direction

1. Prepare 100g WAY Turmeric Garlic Sauce with Coconut Cream, 350g chicken/seafood (cut into bite size), 150g steamed potatoes (cut into dice), water 50g.
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until chicken/seafood is well cooked (7 min), add steamed potatoes, continue cooking (1-2 min). Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
