Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Red Chili, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Lemongrass, Vinegar, Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves, Galangal, Garlic, Turmeric, Tamarind, Dried Chili Powder, Bird's Eye Chili.

Cooking Direction

1. Prepare 100g WAY Tom Yam Sauce with Coconut Cream, 5 stalks coriander, 1 piece soft tofu (cut into cubes), 1 tomato (cut into wedges), 50g oyster mushrooms, 350g fish or mixed seafood and 200g to 250g water (individual preference).
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until fish or seafood is fully cooked (7 minutes), garnish with coriander. Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
