Ingredient

Premium Salted Egg Sauce: Palm Oil, Egg Yolk Powder, Water, Sugar, Red Chilli, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Yeast Extract, Curry Leaves, Lemongrass, Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Tamarind, Galangal.
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt

Cooking Direction

1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, drain well and set aside.
2. Soak Premium Salted Egg Sauce sachet in hot water for 1 minute.
3. Add Premium Salted Egg Sauce to cooked noodles, toss to coat and serve.
Optional: Serve with seared scallops.
