Ingredient

Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Sugar, Lemongrass, Garlic, Dried Shrimp, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Turmeric, Galangal, Tamarind, Yeast Extract, Dried Chilli Powder, Lime Leaves, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt.

Cooking Direction

Serve on the side with coconut milk rice (nasi lemak) and deep fried anchovies, peanuts, cucumber, and hard boiled egg.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
