Ingredient

Shallot, Canola Oil, Garlic, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Tamarind, Dried Chilli Powder, Sugar, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Curry Leaves, Yeast Extract, Fennel Powder, Lime Leaves, Cinnamon Powder, Star Anise Powder, Cardamom Powder, Clove Powder.

Cooking Direction

1. Take 200g WAY Lamb Curry Sauce; add 500g lamb (cut to bite size); 200g coconut milk or milk; 100g sour cream; 15g almond powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, cook till lamb is tender.
2. Add 6 tomato wedges, 1 onion (cut into 4), continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
