Ingredient

Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Lemongrass, Coriander Powder, Garlic, Turmeric, Sugar, Curry Leaves, Galangal, Tamarind, Cumin Powder, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves, Fennel Powder.

Cooking Direction

1. Take 200g Way Chicken Curry Sauce, 600g chicken meat (cut to bite size), 6 tomato wedges, 150ml coconut milk, 100ml water
2. Cook all ingredients in a pot at medium heat. Stir until chicken is fully cooked (7 to 10 minutes). Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
