Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Garlic, Salt, Water, Bird's Eye Chili, Yeast Extract, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Red Chili, Cinnamon Powder, Lime Leaves, Fenugreek Powder, Mustard Seed Powder, Star Anise Powder, Cardamom Powder, Clove Powder.

Cooking Direction

1. 1 tomato - chopped fine, 1 table spoon raisin washed (optional).
2. Cook 2 cups rice with 2 cups water, can add chopped tomato & raisins (optional).
3. Add 100g WAY Briyani sauce to hot cooked rice, mix well, serve.
200g WAY Briyani sauce makes 4 to 6 cups rice.

Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
