Ingredient

Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Sugar, Garlic, Turmeric, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Bird's Eye Chilli, Galangal, Tamarind, Lime Leaves, Yeast Extract, Salt

Cooking Direction

1. Take 200g Way Sambal Sauce, mix with 400g prawn or fish or squid
2. Fry mixture for 3 - 4 minutes until cooked. Squeeze 1/2 lime in. Serve.
Optional: Add shredded ginger flower to enhance the taste
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
