Sambal Nasi Lemak: Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Sugar, Lemongrass, Garlic, Dried Shrimp, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Turmeric, Galangal, Tamarind, Yeast Extract, Dried Chilli Powder, Lime Leaves, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt.
Nasi Lemak Mix: Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Canola Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Yeast Extract, Ginger.

Cooking Direction

1. Cook 2 cups of rice (300g) with 2 cups of water (350g)
2. Add 100g Nasi Lemak Mix to the hot cooked rice, mix well.
3. Serve with WAY Sambal Nasi Lemak, a best condiment to the instant Nasi Lemak, a Malaysian National Dish.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
