Ingredient

Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Turmeric, Tamarind, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Bird's Eye Chilli, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves.

Cooking Direction

1. Prepare 100g WAY Assam Pedas Sauce with Coconut Cream, 350g fish or mixed seafood (cut to bite size), 200g water and 100g pineapple (cut to bite size)
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until fish or mixed seafood is well cooked. Serve. Add shredded ginger flower to enhance the taste (optional).
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
