Eat your way to good fortune effortlessly with WAY Sauce! A lucky-filled year awaits when you make this for reunion dinner—just mix all your favourite vegetables, meat and mushrooms with a bottle of WAY Sauce and bring them to a boil, then you’re good to go!
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of WAY Black Sauce 220g
Choice of vegetable (cabbage, fried tam, broccoli)
Choice of seafood and meat (chicken, sea cucumber, prawn, fish maw, dried oyster, abalone)
Choice of Chinese mushroom
COOKING DIRECTION
1. Combine and strain braised sea cucumber sauce, braised Chinese mushroom sauce, braised fish maw sauce and half bottle of WAY Black sauce. Simmer and mix well.
2. Arrange Chinese cabbage and fried yam at the bottom of the ceramic pot.
3. Arrange steamed chicken drumsticks, braised mushroom, prawn, fish maw, dried oyster, fried prawn, sea cucumber, broccoli and abalone nicely.
4. Pour in the combined sauce.
5. Braised the Poon Choi for 10 minutes and ready to serve.
