Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Palm Oil, Green Chilli, Shallot, Lemongrass, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Spring Onion, Galangal, Coriander Powder, Basil Leaves, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Lime Leaves, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp Extracts, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Flour), Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Tamarind, Water.

Cooking Direction

200g Green Curry Hot Pot Sauce, 200g coconut cream, 800g to 1000g water, 500g chicken meat cut into bite size, 100g potato, 100g french bean, 100g pumpkin, 100g bitter gourd, 100g young corn, green chilli, bean sprout.
1. Cook all ingredient (except green chilli and bean sprout) at medium heat until chicken meat and all vegetables are well cooked, turn off the heat.
2. Add green chilli and bean sprout, serve.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
