Turmeric Fish Cutlet

Ingredients: 

  • WAY Turmeric Sauce
  • Snapper Cutlet (or any fish of your choice) 1 piece
  • Fresh Okras 6 pieces
  • Green Chillies 2 pieces
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 piece

Cooking Directions: 

  1. Marinate the fish with WAY Turmeric Sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the fish until it turns golden.
  3. Add okras and green chillies.
  4. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add a pinch of salt.
  6. Garnish with lemon and enjoy the meal.
