Ingredients:
- WAY Turmeric Sauce
- Snapper Cutlet (or any fish of your choice) 1 piece
- Fresh Okras 6 pieces
- Green Chillies 2 pieces
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon 1 piece
Cooking Directions:
- Marinate the fish with WAY Turmeric Sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the fish until it turns golden.
- Add okras and green chillies.
- Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Garnish with lemon and enjoy the meal.
