Ingredient

Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Garlic, Bird's Eye Chilli, Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Yeast Extract, Salt

Cooking Direction

1. Take 200g WAY Turmeric with Garlic Sauce. Add 100ml coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 800g chicken/seafood (cut to bite size), 50ml water
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until the chicken/seafood is cooked. Serve.
Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
