Sambal Sauce: Shallot, Red Chilli, Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Sugar, Garlic, Turmeric, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Galangal, Tamarind, Lime Leaves, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt, Water, Yeast Extract

Turmeric Garlic Sauce with Coconut Cream: Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Garlic, Sugar, Bird's Eye Chilli, Salt, Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Yeast Extract.

Cooking Direction

Sambal Sauce:
1. Take 200g WAY Sambal Sauce, mix with 400g prawns or fish or squid.
2. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes until prawns/fish/squid cooked. Squeeze in 1/2 lime. Ready to serve.
Optional: Add shredded ginger flower to enhance the taste.

Turmeric Garlic Sauce with Coconut Cream:
1. Prepare 100g WAY Turmeric Garlic Sauce with Coconut Cream, 350g chicken/seafood (cut into bite size), 150g steamed potatoes (cut into dice), water 50g.
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until chicken/seafood is well cooked (7 min), add steamed potatoes, continue cooking (1-2 min). Serve.

Shake well before use.
Store in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
