Ingredient

Scallion Sauce: Shallots, Palm Oil, Sugar, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Cooking Caramel, Yeast Extract, Salt, Spring Onion.
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt.

Cooking Direction

1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, drain well and set aside.
2. Soak Classic Scallion Sauce sachet in hot water for 1 minute.
3. Add Classic Scallion Sauce to cooked noodles, toss to coat and serve.
Optional: Serve with blanched green vegetables.
